Bell's Three Provinces Festival 2010

Our sincerest thanks once again to all the anglers and sponsors who made this event possible!  Special mention goes to Bell's Whisky, Protea Hotel Christiana and Scientific Fly for the wonderful gifts, prizes, accommodation facilities and excellent service!

We had a total of 46 anglers attending with 209 fish landed for the weekend; Thursday 12, Friday 84 and 113 on Saturday.

The smallmouth yellows totalled 161, barbel 26, mudfish 16, 5 largemouth yellowfish and only 1 carp.

The most successful beat was 4-6 which gave up 91 fish, followed by beat 1-2 with 59 fish and then Renosterpos and Soutstoor with 32 and 27 fish respectively.

Christo tagged 4 smallmouth yellowfish at beats 2 and 6 on Saturday, bringing the total number of fish tagged in this conservatory to 58 over the past 7 years.
